Knowledgewebb is part of the Webbmedia Group company. We've started this site as an affordable solution to learning and training for everyone and anyone working in content. And these days, if you're on Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Netflix or have your own blog or Website, that's you!

Q: Do I need to register for the live webinars?
A: We’re glad you asked! Yes, you must register every time. For the time being, we’re using a third-party tool to conduct our interactive webinars, and that requires additional registration. We know that’s not ideal, and we apologize in advance.
Q: What about live chats - do I need to register for that?
A: Nope! As long as you’re signed on to Knowledgewebb, you don’t need to register additionally.
Q: Who do I contact if I have technical problems using the site?
A: Please email problem@knowledgewebb.net and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Q: I’ve thought of, like, 15 tech terms that should be on your glossary but aren’t. How can I get you to include ‘em?
A: Please email ideas@knowledgewebb.net and we’ll definitely get those terms in the glossary asap. If you have ideas for classes, want us to interview someone or just have some suggestions, email those too!
Q: I really wish you had a self-directed lesson/ tipsheet/ worksheet on X. Any chance you’ll create one for me?
A: Absolutely - and at no additional charge to you! If there’s something you’d like to learn that isn’t currently listed in the Learn Stuff Now database, please let us know! We’ll create whatever it is and post it as soon as we can. Email ideas@knowledgewebb.net.
Q: How you pick those Experts of yours?
A: We recognize that there are a lot of people out there who know lots of stuff about technology. We’ve selected our Experts on the basis of their knowledge, their contribution to digital media/ mobile/ Internet law/ journalism/ PR/ communications and their willingness to work with us. We’re not paying the Experts.
Over time, some of our Experts may leave - and we may add new folks to the group. However all of the live chat transcripts and Smart Room discussions will always stay active.
Billing Stuff...
Q: Are you keeping my credit card info on file and selling it to the Russian mob?
A: Nah - they scare us. We’re trying to keep your information safe and our tech overhead streamlined. For that reason, the only information we’re keeping on file is what you create in your profile and anything you contribute to the site in our smart rooms, chats and webinars. When your annual membership runs out, you’ll need to re-enter your credit card information again. This also means that we don't do recurring charges - so you won't need to worry about seeing lots of Knowledgewebb bills unless you choose to re-up in a year. (Same goes for our initial beta groups, too!)
Q: Who do I call about billing questions?
A: We’re here M-F 10am to 4pm Eastern time. Give us a ring then and we’ll get you squared away: 410-327-7658. Please note, this phone line is only for billing questions. We won’t be able to answer any technical issues on that line.
Q: Knowledgewebb turned out not to be my cup of tea. Now what?
A: We understand - no hard feelings. Since we’re not doing a month-to-month service, we’ll have to pro-rate your account and cut you a check. Full months will be billed in advance, so if you started your membership April 15, 2009 and ended it Sept. 20th, 2009, we’ll charge you the full months of April and September and refund you for the time period between Oct. ’09 - April ’10.
Send your full name, your username, the email address you used to register for the site, your full mailing address and your telephone number to: billing@knowledgewebb.net. Allow 8-10 weeks for us to cut and deliver you a refund check.
